Getting the sale is only the start of the process. Getting that sale to legal exchange and completion is where a lot of tenacious follow up work lies. I offer a targeted sales progression service, working to a 28 day exchange timescale. This can be achieved more effectively and with more control by introducing recommended solicitors and brokers where appropriate which I am able to organise for you.

I liaise closely with buyers, solicitors, brokers and agents of related chains to meet quick exchange targets. This will legally secure your funds even if plots are still in build.
